Disagreements are a natural aspect of human interaction, however few of us have the skills to effectively navigate them. In this interactive session, participants will learn   about and practice ways to stay connected and open in the face of disagreements with others, particularly colleagues.  Register today.

Adriana Medina is a trainer and consultant with Beyond Inclusion, and she focuses on communication, intercultural topics, diversity, leadership and emotional intelligence. A published author, she has designed and led workshops for higher education, not-for-profit, governmental, and corporate clients in the United States, Saudi Arabia, India, Singapore, China, Myanmar, and Canada. Adriana is also a professor. She teaches topics on communication and social justice at the University of Denver and Metropolitan State University of Denver. A published author, she is a former Associate Professor of Intercultural Communication and Spanish at the University of Maryland Baltimore County. Adriana led popular workshops at the 2023 Early Career Leadership Program (ECLP) and the 2023 NCAR Postdoc Retreat.
