If you’re curious about the world of Free and Open Source GIS Software, it’s time to give QGIS a try. QGIS is a premier GIS desktop software application that works on PC, Mac and Linux (not to mention Android!). In this workshop Earth, Environment and Geospatial Librarian Phil White will introduce the QGIS interface and guide you through common GIS procedures.
