In this workshop, participants will learn about positive psychology and evidence-based practices for making life a little bit happier.

About this event

The wellness workshop series is made up of 90-minute monthly sessions in which participants explore different facets of wellness. Throughout the series, participants will learn about evidence based practices and interventions that can be applied to their own lives to decrease stress and improve their thoughts, feelings, and behavior. Workshop topics include positive psychology, gratitude, mindfulness, and cognitive behavior theory.

These workshops are free and open to all members of the UNC community. Participants are welcome to attend one, several, or all of the sessions. Given the ongoing pandemic, workshops for the Fall 2021 semester will be held virtually.
