Postdoc scholars traditionally receive mentoring from a single research mentor, but research suggests this approach can't meet a postdoc's full mentoring needs. This National Postdoctoral Association workshop will highlight other mentoring strategies including support from multiple mentors in a myriad of formats including at other campuses.
