The Office of Postdoctoral Affairs and Graduate School are excited to invite postdocs and graduate students to learn about data analytics.
Eric Vance, Associate Professor and Director of the Laboratory for Interdisciplinary Statistical Analysis (LISA), will discuss best practices for collecting and analyzing data. The workshop will also offer breakout group discussions with LISA representatives.

The Office of Postdoctoral Affairs (OPA) and International Student & Scholar Services (ISSS) invite international postdocs to a town hall.
ISSS will present an overview of its services and programming. There will also be an opportunity for postdocs to ask questions of ISSS representatives.
ISSS supports international students and scholars pursuing their educational, research, and/or professional objectives at the university through comprehensive advising; engagement and programming; and advocacy efforts.

Christine Wiedinmyer, Associate Director of Science for CIRES, will discuss how to go about building a pool of mentors to help you succeed. Mentors are critical to your training and professional development.

Lauren Harris with Human Resources will provide a high level overview of leadership qualities and how to build leadership skills.
